This badass stylist has over 20 years in the industry, she knew at a very early age that she was going to make a career of doing hair. Leann's skill and creativity is what keeps her clients coming back for more. Making people feel good about themselves, whether that means fixing a bad home haircut or giving them a new look, it is always her ultimate goal! If you ask her what her driving force is though, she will tell you without a doubt it is her family. She hopes to raise strong, confident girls who won't shy away from hard work. It is why Leann started her own business and works so diligently at growing it.

Sweet Aunt Sandy brings a warmth to the shop that makes you feel right at home. She started her career in the hair industry about 27 years ago. In that time she started her own salon and built a clientele, many of which are still with her today at Ladies and Gents. She has made so many close relationships over the years, both personally and professionally. She loves to be able to help them find a style that really makes them feel beautiful and confident. Although this all has brought her great happiness, her family is her greatest passion, everything she has ever done was for them.

Heather is a rockstar nail tech, who lets her creativity show through her work. She loves helping her clients and meeting new people, but mainly she loves working alongside her sister. It's not really work when you are having so much fun! Heather never shies away from a challenge, so when her clients come to her with a new design or technique, she is willing to take it on. She has an eye for color and design, that keeps her clients coming back again and again. At the end of the day, there is no other place she would rather be than at home with her family. They are her greatest joy and ultimate accomplishment.

This little firecracker is ready to make her mark on the world. She has spent the last two years working close to Leann, honing her skills and is currently a student at Lenape Vo Tech where she is getting her education. It won't be long before Myra becomes a shining star at Ladies and Gents, most likely specializing in color technique. Which shouldn't surprise anyone given the many different shades she sports. In the meantime, you'll see her at the front desk taking care of business, schedule appointments and making sure clients are well taken care of.
